Return Policy

30-day returns

We accept returns on unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email hello@thedrop.store with your order number. We'll send instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when it's processed.

Exchanges

Return for a refund and place a new order. This is faster and makes sure you get what you want without waiting on an exchange queue.

Damaged or wrong items

Email us immediately with your order number and a photo. We'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — at no cost to you. No need to return the item.

Return shipping

Customer covers return shipping unless we made the mistake. Use a tracked service — we can't process a refund for items that don't arrive.
