Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders process within 1–3 business days of payment. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order leaves the supplier.

Delivery estimates (US)

• Standard (AliExpress): 14–18 business days
• Standard Plus (CJ Dropshipping): 7–12 business days
• Express (Zendrop): 5–10 business days

International orders: allow up to 25 business days. Customs delays are outside our control.

Free shipping

Free on all orders over $50. A flat shipping fee applies under $50 — shown at checkout before you confirm.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email — usually within 1–3 business days of ordering. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to go active after the number is issued.

Delays

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, email us at hello@thedrop.store and we'll investigate with the carrier immediately.

Lost packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package hasn't arrived, check with neighbors and your mailbox first. Still missing after 3 business days? Contact us and we'll open a carrier claim.
