We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, and correct pricing errors at any time. Product images are representative; minor variations may occur. Drop quantities are limited — orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Orders and payment

By placing an order you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud, misuse, or where stock is unavailable after purchase. Full payment is collected at checkout.

3. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances outside our control. Shipping risk transfers to the customer once the carrier marks an order as shipped.

4. Returns and refunds

Our return policy is incorporated into these terms. Refunds are made to the original payment method only.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site (brand assets, copy, imagery) is owned by The Drop or used under license. Do not reproduce or use commercially without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the purchase in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
